Connected account data deletion

Disconnect Instagram from the SafeWord portal to remove its stored authorization token and connected-account record.

SafeWord deletes the connected Instagram account record, encrypted access token, stored profile metadata, and scan records tied to that connected profile. SafeWord does not receive or store your Instagram password.

If you cannot access the portal or want a broader deletion request, use the SafeWord contact page. Include the email used with SafeWord and the Instagram username you connected. We may verify the request before deleting unrelated insurance records that must be retained by law or for policy administration.
