We collect information you submit in quotes, forms, and onboarding tools to provide insurance services and respond to requests.
We use first-party analytics to measure page views, anonymous visitor and session counts, traffic sources, risk-scan activity, and application completion. The analytics system stores pseudonymous browser identifiers and does not intentionally store the content of profiles, applications, or messages in analytics events.
We may use service providers to process quote data and communications needed to operate the platform.
If you connect a supported creator account, SafeWord receives the account identifier, display name, profile link, authorization scopes, and recent creator-owned captions or descriptions made available by that platform. SafeWord does not receive your platform password and does not request permission to publish content, send messages, or modify your account.
Connected-account access tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to retrieve content for scans you request. You can disconnect an account from the portal at any time. Disconnecting clears the stored token and, where the platform supports it, revokes the authorization with the platform.
We do not sell personal information. Data is used for underwriting, servicing, compliance, and fraud prevention.
Instagram data is used only to identify the authorized professional account and analyze creator-owned captions, timestamps, media types, and permalinks for advertising-disclosure, defamation, intellectual-property, privacy, and controversy signals. SafeWord does not use Instagram data for advertising and does not share it with data brokers.
To remove connected-account data, disconnect the account in the SafeWord portal or follow the connected-account data deletion instructions. If you cannot access the portal or need a copy, correction, or broader deletion request, contact SafeWord.
